Service Offerings

We offer personalized service on three (3) levels. Usually the same courier who picks up your packages also delivers it according to the level of service you choose.

STAT Service	You can call at any time and your package is delivered A.S.A.P. - usually within two (2) hours from time of pick up.
Priority Service	You can call any time up until 1:00 p.m. and your package will be delivered within four (4) hours from time of pick up.
Same Day / Next Day Service	You can call between 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon and your package will be delivered by 6:00 p.m. - same day or by noon - next day.

Overtime Rates

Apply to pick ups during the following hours at One and a half (1 1/2) times the Stat Rate:

Weekdays - 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Saturday - 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Twice the Stat rate:

Weekdays - 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Saturday - Midnight to 8:00 a.m. ^ 3:00 p.m. to Midnight
Sunday - All Day

Other Charges:

Waiting Time

The first 10 minutes are included in the initial rate. Each additional 5 minutes is $1.50.

Extra Man

Charge is $18.00 per hour with a one (1) hour minimum.

COD Pick-Ups

Cash will be returned immediately (round-trip charge apply). Otherwise, COD's are an additional $5.00 and we will forward all checks to you via U.S. Mail.

Weight Charges

Charges include the first hundred (100) pounds of your shipment. Additional weight will be charged t $.05 per pound - based on your shipping weight or the judgment of the driver.

Vehicle Request charge

Van	$12.00 extra
Truck	$15.00 extra
Cargo Van	$20.00 extra

Note: The times for each level of service are standards we strive for and only guarantee if such variables as weather, traffic and road conditions warrant a safe driving speed. We do, however, guarantee your satisfaction.
